This Privacy Policy explains how BlueFire Med (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit bluefiremed.com (the “Site”).
It applies to this website only. It does not govern the physician-patient relationship, which begins if and when you become a member and sign our patient agreement at your first appointment. How we handle your health information as a patient is covered separately in the documents you sign at that time, including our Notice of Privacy Practices.
The short version
We do not track you. The Site sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share information about you.
If you use our price calculator, whatever you type never leaves your browser. We cannot see it.

What we collect
If you fill out a form
Our meet-and-greet request form asks for your first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP, phone number, email address, which provider you would prefer to see, and how you heard about us.
We ask that you not include medical or health details in website forms. Those conversations happen in person. If you do include health information in a free-text field, it is stored the same way as the rest of your submission and is not shared outside our practice.
Form submissions are stored in our own database behind an authentication requirement, so only our staff can view them. We delete them after 12 months.
If you use the price calculator
Nothing. The full list of labs, medications and supplements is delivered to your browser when the page loads, and everything you type is matched against it on your own device. Your search terms and the items you add to a basket are never sent to us, never written into the web address, and never saved. They disappear when you close or refresh the page.
The calculator is a tool for estimating value, not an order form. Medications and labs are prescribed and ordered in consultation with your provider when there is a medical indication for them.
Automatically
The Site sets no cookies and uses no local storage, session storage, or similar technology. There is no analytics software, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, and no session recording.
Like any website, our hosting provider necessarily receives the network address your browser connects from in order to deliver the page. Our servers keep basic records of which pages were requested and any errors that occurred, for a short period, as part of normal operation. These records do not contain anything you typed into a form or a search box.
Who else is involved
We keep the list of outside services short and deliberate.
Cloudflare hosts the Site and its database. As our host, Cloudflare processes visitor network addresses and keeps short-term operational records.
Cloudflare Stream delivers the patient testimonial videos on the pages where they appear.
Google receives nothing unless you ask it to. Our contact page shows a placeholder instead of a live map. Google is contacted only if you choose to load the map or click through for directions. Our website fonts are served from our own servers rather than Google's.
Atlas provides our electronic medical record system and powers the enrollment form on our contact page. Enrollment information you submit there goes to Atlas, not through this website.
Resend delivers our email. When you submit a form, it sends us a notification that contains no information about you, only that a request came in and a link for our staff to log in and view it. It also sends you a short confirmation at the address you provided. Your details are not included in either message.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights or safety of our patients, our staff, or others.
How we use what you give us
To respond to your request and reach you about scheduling a free meet-and-greet or answering your questions, and to operate and improve the Site.
If you consent when submitting a form, we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. You can opt out at any time by telling us.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Site, including keeping form submissions behind authentication and limiting what travels through email. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not send sensitive medical information through website forms.
Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. Enrollment for minors is handled in person by a parent or guardian.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, including our enrollment portal and our social media pages. Nothing loads from those sites unless you click through, and once you do, their privacy practices apply rather than ours.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you from a form submission, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the normal deletion window. Contact us using the details below.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
