Prices vary with wholesale drug cost from week to week, and for medications like antibiotics with the course length your diagnosis calls for (a course might be 5, 7, or 10 days). The prices posted here give you a general idea of how BlueFire does things differently; they aren't a quote. Drug pricing current as of July 27, 2026.
Why are these prices possible? BlueFire is part of a group purchasing organization (GPO) and guarantees payment to the lab. That streamlines everything on the lab's side, and in return we earn pricing that a patient walking into LabCorp or Quest on their own can't get. We use LabCorp as our primary lab, with Quest for a few specific tests. Many lab tests also come in more than one version, and which one we run depends on the clinical indication, so posted lab prices are representative. Lab pricing is adjusted annually, not weekly.
